Does Lemonade cover physical therapy?

Short answer

Only through an add-on. Physical therapy is one of Lemonade’s separate optional add-ons, not part of the base accident and illness policy. Add it at enrollment or renewal, and eligible rehab claims then run under your policy settings: $100-$750 deductible, 70/80/90% reimbursement, limits up to $100,000.

The add-on structure

Lemonade has the most a-la-carte menu among the insurers we track: wellness, dental illness, behavioral conditions, physical therapy, vet visit fees and end-of-life expenses are each priced separately on top of the base policy.
