Annual limit options: Ranges by plan: the Popular plan caps at $10,000; the Higher Coverage plan has no annual limit. 100% reimbursement is only available with a $500 or $750 deductible, not paired with the unlimited-annual-limit plan.

Wellness / routine care: Yes — optional Wellness Powerups. The Basic tier covers up to $30 of microchipping; Wellness Plus adds flea/tick/heartworm prevention, blood panels, fecal tests and deworming.
